FINAL WEEK!

Hello everyone!

We're entering the final week of the campaign, so it's more important than ever that we all work to share the campaign and really get it over the line! We've been thinking really hard about the magic systems and how they interact with the physicalities of our characters, and developed a mockup of how Kokou's seals activate! Take a look, and let us know in the comments what you think!

We know a lot of you will have been getting your copies of NANI form the last campaign in the post about now! What did you think? For anyone who didn't back the last campaign, you can read volume on our website www.kugali.com right now, and the second volume will be available soon!

Lastly... We're officially on tiktok! We'll be posting a lot of behind-the-scenes, inkings, artwork progress and even tutorials there, so if you're itnerested give us a follow! @KugaliMedia, come say hi!

60% of the way there! New Reward tiers! Colour illustrations! Progress update!

Hello!

It's been a crazy few days here at Kugali - we're 60% of the way to our goal, and full steam ahead to hitting our project goal! Part of this process has been listening to you all and trying to make sure that ourr eward tiers are exactly what you want, so without our highest reward tier SOLD OUT, we've added a brand new reward tier for you all to sink your teeth into!

You can now get FULL COLOUR CUSTOM ILLUSTRATIONS alongside your hardback book, by selecting the new tier! All by our incredibly artist Joe Bedregal - extremely limited number only 6 will be available!

At the same time, we've updated our rewards with two retailer tiers - it turns out that more than a few of you run comic books shops, and have requested bulk purchases be made available! You can now get 20-packs of Kokou's soft AND hardcover variations, at a 50%-off price point!

Lastly... Running a campaign like this is stressful, and difficult, and time-consuming, but it also puts us into contact with so many incredible creators on this site. Walo is a graphic novel about a Nicaraguan man who flees a violent conflict in his country and sets off on a migrant odyssey, coming across various mythological beings and Central American folklore on his journey. Sounds a bit like KOKOU, huh? Small world!
